Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects in materials. Damage resulting from weather, environmental conditions, natural disasters, falling debris, accidents, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

SCREENEZE® + SNAPTRACK™

TERMS:

10 Years from date of purchase

COVERAGE:

We warrant that the SCREENEZE®/SNAPTRACK™ aluminum base and vinyl cap will perform as a fixed screen installation system. The SCREENEZE®/SNAPTRACK™ aluminum base and vinyl cap only, will perform as intended for stretching and securing screen fabric in a vertical position on the walls of a traditional screen room.

CONDITIONS:

Home Improvement Systems, Inc., manufacturers of SCREENEZE® AND SNAPTRACK™, will consider claims for manufacturing defects in the aluminum base and/or vinyl cap only. Home Improvement Systems Inc. will replace products with manufacturing defects at the company’s discretion.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Labor to remove or install replaced material.

  • Screws.

  • Screen fabric.

  • Damage resulting from weather, environmental conditions, natural disasters, falling debris, accidents, or uncontrollable events are not covered under warranty.

  • Defects due to ordinary wear and tear, abusive use, or lack of proper maintenance are excluded from coverage.

  • Defects caused by improper installation and/or misapplication of the product are excluded from coverage i.e. SCREENEZE®/SNAPTRACK™ installed as an awning or roof system regardless of the screen material attached.

  • Defects due to damage to vinyl caps when installed in temperatures below 60° (care should be taken to store material in a heated area prior to installation if temperatures are below 60°).

  • Defects in the performance of the product due to failure or deterioration of the primary structure that SCREENEZE®/ SNAPTRACK™ is attached to.

THE SLIDING SCREEN DOOR

We warrant that The Sliding Screen Door Components will perform as a horizontal Sliding Screen Door. The Sliding Screen Door will perform as intended.

Home Improvement Systems, Inc., manufacturers of The Sliding Screen Door, will consider claims for manufacturing defects in The Sliding Screen Door Components. Home Improvement Systems Inc. will replace products with manufacturing defects at the company’s discretion.

SCREENEZE® warranties apply only to SCREENEZE® and SNAPTRACK™ components. SCREENEZE® does not manufacture screen fabric and is not responsible for the performance, durability, or warranty coverage of any screen mesh products.

Only the following screen fabrics currently offered by SCREENEZE® carry manufacturer warranties:

  • TuffScreen® by Phifer

  • Textilene® Nano™ 50 by Twitchell

Any warranty concerns involving screen fabric must be directed to the respective manufacturer in accordance with their published warranty policies.
